Mark Zollinger is not surprised to find himself in the custom home business. Raised in a construction family, he has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, including being self-employed as a custom home builder for over 35 years. His wife, Michelle, and his adult children assist in the sales of the homes, as well as customer care. Mark serves on the board of the Ohio Home Builders Association. Zolinger Builders has been named HBA Builder of the Year 5 times. In 2021, Mark served as President of the Ohio Home Builders Association.
